Using our combined expertise and experience along with proven coaching techniques, over 6 weeks we will show you simple and easy techniques to grow your audience, connect with your ideal client but more importantly have fun doing it.  If you wanted a job that made you miserable you’d still be employed.  

 

Marketing and mindset go hand in hand.  If you’re not excited to talk about your business, your audience won’t be excited to read about it.  But the mind monkeys get in the way.  What if no one reads it? What if someone calls me out? What if I sound stupid? Does anyone care? This is why our course starts with Mindset.  Then we go on to teach you all the fun stuff like social media, newsletters, blogs and Instagram.

What will we cover?

Week 1 - Mindset

Find out what's holding back. What worries or fears do you have that’s preventing you from showing up and talking about your business. Once we know what they are, we’ll show you how to overcome them. 

Week 3 - Social Media

There's plenty of social media 'hacks and tips' out there, but what happened to sharing your message in a fun and simple way? Learn how to enjoy social media again, what's working online right now and stop it feeling like a chore.

Week 5 - Newsletters

Newsletters are free, effective and help you make sales in your business. This week will have two sessions depending on where you are in your business journey. You'll learn how to set up a newsletter or take your current one to the next level to help you connect and sell. 

Week 2 - Ideal Client

Before you start talking to your audience, you need to know who they are.  In this unit we won’t be talking about what car they drive or where they go on holiday we’ll be looking at what problems they have and how you can solve them. This is about understanding your ideal client's experience. Not what dog food they buy.

Week 4 - Blogging

You’re going to learn how to write exactly what your audience wants to read about. We’ll show you how to structure a blog following our simple tried and tested template and a simple tool so you never have to wonder what to write about again.

Week 6 - Consistency

A successful marketing strategy doesn’t mean posting on social media 5 times a day 7 days a week.  A strategy is knowing what you’re saying, who you are saying it to and where. In this final unit we’ll be showing you how to create a simple but effective marketing strategy that you can sustain. If it isn't manageable or realistic you won’t stick to it.  We’re also going to show how to repurpose all your content to save you time and get more eyes on your business.  

Marketing is simply talking about your business to potential clients. This should be the fun bit and we’re going to bring the fun back and show you how easy it can really be.

Frequently Asked Questions

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED?

Each unit is delivered in a weekly live zoom session.  We’re doing it like this because we want you to have the opportunity to ask questions and network with the other business owners on the course.  We also appreciate that you’re busy so you may not be able to make it to the live sessions.  For this reason, all calls will be recorded and you can watch them on catch up. 

 

This course isn’t a magic wand and you won’t learn by osmosis.  You need to watch the units being delivered and download the resources and worksheets. 

 

You will have access to all the resources for 6 months after the course has finished so if life takes a U-turn you will have plenty of time to catch up. That's not a get out of jail free card. If you don’t think you have the brain space for this course, don’t sign up. We want to make money but we want you to make money from what we teach you.  

 

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE SOCIAL MEDIA?

Remember when you were a kid and your mum told you to eat your veggies?  That's because she knew they were good for you.  You might not enjoy social media but it's the fastest, cheapest and most effective way to grow an online audience.  We love social media and part of our mission is to show you how fun it can be.

Hi! I'm Hannah Isted and I run HI Communications. My business has changed a lot over the last 5 years but one thing that’s stayed the same is the consistency to show up online, promote what I do and help my clients to do the same. Whether that’s on social media, weekly newsletters, with my podcast or through blogs, I know how important it is to be visible.

 

There are plenty of tips, tools and hacks out there, but my aim is to make marketing as simple as possible, because the more simple it is, the less likely you are to avoid it.
